For UK orders above £1,000, please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering.
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland costs £16.50 excluding VAT.
For delivery to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man or Channel Islands, please contact us for a quote, as the charge shown at checkout may not be accurate.
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends.
During our busy season, September to December, dispatch and delivery may take longer. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive.
Orders can be delivered to a convenient address of your choice, whether it’s your home, workplace, or even a neighbor's. Please remember that a signature will be required upon delivery and in some cases, proof of credit or debit card ownership may be needed if you're requesting delivery to an alternative address.
Returns Policy
In line with our UK delivery and returns policy, we operate a 14-day returns policy. Should you be unhappy with a product, you may return it within 14 days, provided it remains in its original packaging and has not been assembled. We strongly recommend using proper packaging to protect your returns, as we cannot hold responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please email your request to info@boxforbritain.co.uk. Cancellations can be processed without penalty if the item has not yet been dispatched.
