UK delivery and returns policy

The UK delivery and returns policy ensures that you have a seamless shopping experience with us. All items are dispatched using standard post/carrier and will typically be delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your geographical location.

Delivery rates are based on the order value, as outlined below:

For orders to the Republic of Ireland, the delivery charge is £16.50 (excl VAT).

For customers in the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, please contact us directly for delivery charges, as these may vary and the checkout system may not display the accurate fees.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided full payment has been received and cleared. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends.

During peak seasons, particularly from September to December, please be aware that delivery times may be slightly longer. We recommend allowing up to two weeks for your goods to arrive.

Orders can be delivered to a convenient address of your choice, whether it’s your home, workplace, or even a neighbor's. Please remember that a signature will be required upon delivery and in some cases, proof of credit or debit card ownership may be needed if you're requesting delivery to an alternative address.

Returns Policy

In line with our UK delivery and returns policy, we operate a 14-day returns policy. Should you be unhappy with a product, you may return it within 14 days, provided it remains in its original packaging and has not been assembled. We strongly recommend using proper packaging to protect your returns, as we cannot hold responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please email your request to info@boxforbritain.co.uk. Cancellations can be processed without penalty if the item has not yet been dispatched.
