Printed boxes and cases may incur a print charge unless blocks are held by us. For secondary prints, a charge of 15p plus VAT per box or item will apply. It is important for customers to communicate which size of block they would like to use for their products. No specific instructions may result in our printers making judgment calls on sizing, which could affect the final product.

When placing orders, customers must be aware that economy rates apply only to individual patterns, not to total assortments. Carriage charges will be computed at cost for all orders placed. Furthermore, all prices listed are exclusive of VAT, which will be added to items whenever it is applicable under current legislation at the time of shipment.

Artwork proofs will be provided for customer review, particularly to confirm technical details such as spelling and contact numbers. It is the customer's responsibility to identify and communicate any corrections needed in writing. Subsequently, we charge a nominal fee for the creation and production of naming blocks, but those blocks will remain our property.

Customers can request individual samples; however, we retain the right to charge for multiple samples or single-item requests, including shipping fees. Additionally, we reserve the right to levy interest on any overdue invoices that exceed 30 days. If customers need to return goods, a 25% handling charge will apply unless they have received prior authorization, and this fee will be assessed if no fault or damage is found in the returned goods.
