All items are sent using standard post/carrier and will be delivered within 3 – 7 working days dependent on your geographical location.

DELIVERY ON REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ORDERS – £16.50 PER ORDER (excl VAT)
For Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Island customers, please contact us for delivery charges as the delivery calculation at check out will be incorrect.
We will dispatch all in stock items within 48 hours of receiving an order, providing full payment has been received and cleared. Please note this excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
Please Note: During peak season, September to December, delivery’s may take longer to fulfill and we would ask you to allow up to two weeks for your goods to arrive.
Your order can be delivered to any address – your home ,workplace or a neighbors whichever is most convenient for you just let us know when ordering. Please note that a signature is required at the time of delivery and proof of ownership of the credit or debit card may be required upon delivery when an alternative delivery address is required.
Any larger orders may incur an additional transport fee that is not advised at time of placing the order. Our sales team will contact you if an additional courier fee is required.
Order & Return
Returns / Refund
We operate a 14 day returns policy. Under our 14 day money back guarantee you may return to us, any product that you are not completely satisfied with providing it has not been assembled and remains in its original packaging Box for Britain will not accept any responsibility or liability for any transit damage that may occur on any product that you have returned to us whether for replacement or return. We strongly suggest that you make sure that you use sufficient packaging to protect your returns and insure against damage before returning any product.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order please email your request to info@boxforbritain.co.uk if the item has not yet been dispatched, the items ordered will be cancelled.
